Ross Bagwell
Ross Bagwell joined the staff of Lakeland as the Pastor of Administration and Discipleship in June of 2023. He is a native of Auburn, Alabama. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Prior to Lakeland, Ross spent fifteen years serving in various ministry roles at churches in Alabama and the DFW Metroplex. He has been married to Susie since 2012 and together they have two daughters, Ellie & Maggie.
